TEMIA Committees

If your company is a member of TEMIA, we welcome your participation on our committees.Your time commitment is typically just a one hour phone call each month and some follow-up activities after the call. Our committees are listed below.
- Executive Board advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of TEMIA so as to support the organization’s mission and needs.
- Standards/KPIs/Metrics/Benchmarks This committee shall work to develop best practices, key performance metrics, benchmarks, indicators, standards for EDI/e-billing and e-bonding.
- Membership This committee recruits new members, reviews and approves new member applications. It shall also work to create a structure to get enterprise customers involved with the association.
- International Affairs This committee shall address the needs of international members and members that are seeking to expand their business to international locations. This committee has three workgroups that focus on:
- International Issues and Best Practices:identify international best practices relating to the Standards/KPIs/Metrics/Benchmarks committee
- Internationalization: promote TEM internationally and raise the visibility of TEMIA through relevant international media and events
- Ethics This committee shall work to develop a code of ethics, which everyone can agree to, with standards for rules of conduct.
- Carrier Outreach identify different billing from carriers, establish standard measures for ratings, and work with carriers to improve billing and procurement platforms.
The Future of TEM monitor the market and future health; work with TEMIA members, analysts and enterprises to broaden the definition for TEM - IPO Readiness, Acquisitions and Funding listing of all announcements of TEM/WEM/MDM funding, mergers and acquisitions, companies involved, estimate formulas for acquisition price and other information, best practices and standards relating to IPO readiness and contracts (Meeting TBD)
PR The PR committee identifies PR opportunities, media outlets, and the best approach to promote TEMIA and its messages. It will be working closely with other committees.
