The Company needed an independent telecommunications management solution that could significantly cut costs and streamline monthly operations, including hierarchical order management, integrated telecom services inventory, and financial reporting, without any disruption of services among its international subsidiaries. Telecom Infrastructure Optimization and Financial Analysis - As a part of the initial setup, the specialists at Amtel studied the entire network of phones, as well as data and mobile services. They compiled a detailed inventory of all the elements of the network with complete financial analysis. Amtel's engineers studied traffic patterns on each circuit to determine actual usage. They discovered numerous billing errors, including charges for disconnected lines and local service carriers who were charging incorrect surcharges. There were even charges for the mobile phones of employees who had left the company. Optimization of Plans, Usage, and Billing for Mobility – Amtel provided detailed analyses of this Company’s existing mobility spend patterns and implemented a voice pooling plan, correct data plans, text plans, and international plans.
