| ICOMM Consulting is an independent consulting firm, having no financial relationships with telecom carriers or vendors, specializing in Telecom Lifecycle Management. For ICOMM, that means that we provide cradle to grave support of the elements that make up a telecommunications environment.
On the TEM side of our house, we provide the following services: • Telecom Services RFPs • Benchmarking and Contract Negotiation Support Services • Telecom Services and Equipment Audits • Telecom Invoice Validation and Processing Services (IVPS) • Monthly Wireless Rate Optimization Services • eBilling (EDI, etc.) and ePayment Services • Inventory, Account and Order Management Our Telecom Management Services (TMS) team provides the following services: • Carrier Ordering Services, for Wireline and Wireless Services (MACD) • Help Desk Services for voice environments, including Cisco IPT support, and significant experience with Avaya, Nortel and various other PBX vendors, and with carrier-based voice services • Vendor Management (carriers and vendors) • Project Management of telephony-related initiatives, including moves, system upgrades, etc. • Interactive Voice Response design and support • ACD design and support |
